Not recommended for elderly or infirm due to a large number of steps, but good for a family holiday.

Hotel Sol Minorca The Hotel Sol Minorca is in the resort of Santo Tomas. The hotel often gets very good reviews, and most rooms have Mediterranean views. This one of the hotels in Menorca that is really suitable for couples rather than families. Santo Tomas itself is a small resort with a couple of good restaurants and a good beach. To see more of Menorca there is a bus stop close to the hotel and a couple of car hire places (The one in the hotel is generally more expensive than the one in the village). Overall one of the best Menorca hotels for couples, and perfect if you really want to enjoy the hotel pool and facilities plus the resort facilities rather than see a lot of Minorca.
